Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This 1967 Mustang started out as a highly optioned car, with the ‘A’ code 289 4bbl engine, Three Speed A/T, Power Steering, Power Brakes, A/C, Upper and lower Consoles, Deluxe Interior and Remote Rear View Mirror. The front buckets still have the very rare Fiberglass Backs on them. This car was bought new in Southern California, and driven in Laguna Beach until 1991. It was put away in dry storage until last year, which is why the nearly original interior looks so amazing. The door panels are stamped 10/28/1966 on the back, and are not perfect, but very nice for being almost 50 years old. All of the weather-stripping including belt-line is in excellent condition. The windows all roll up and down very smoothly. Since last year it has gone thru a beautiful transformation using all high quality materials, and many hours of labor. Most everything works perfectly with the exception of the AM radio and the A/C. When the engine and transmission were rebuilt, the compressor was left off, but the system is complete otherwise. A new, modern compressor would be the smart choice anyway as well as converting it to R-134. Heater and two speed blower work great. This car runs and drives beautifully with no smoke or oil leaks.
