Bought this car mid last year because I needed something economical to go back and forth to work. I drove it a half a mile down the road before it broke down. I had it towed to a garage and had a brand new top half of the motor put on. New heads, heads shaved, new valves, new gaskets, the works(cost of repair, $700+). It also had an exhaust leak which I had patched. It has two new front tires I had put on for winter and rear tires are about 50% tread left. Everything works, it runs, drives well. Sunroof works, windows work, keyless entry, everything. The check engine light is on due to a bad VTEC cable, and I can have that repaired for you if you'd like before picking up the car. It's a $20 fix but since it doesn't effect getting me where I need to go, I didn't bother having it fixed. It has a few dings and scratches but nothing horrible which is good for a car with high mileage. Battery was replaced 3/2015. AC was just charged after I had the new top half of the motor put on, so that blows ice cold, heater works good. I'm selling the car because my girlfriend got another car and we have no use for this one. I have all the service records for the tires, receipts, and everything from the whole new top half of the motor, etc. Please feel free to ask any questions or for more information and I'll be happy to respond.
