I have a decent old Subaru for auction her in Wilton, CT. I have had it for 6 years, best car I've ever had. I have a pick up now finally. Everything works apart from the water bottle for the rear window washer, that leaks. The air conditioning works well, just needs a top up at the start of the summer. The best thing about the car is the engine, it runs very well and starts instantly all the time and does not use any fluids at all. The brakes were done last summer, pads, rotors and calipers. Belts all changed at the same time. I haven't done that many miles since, 4 or 5 k probably. The tires have about 14,000 miles on them so are still good for a long time. It is an old car and by no way perfect, there are squeaks and vibrations that go with any old car with that mileage. The muffler vibrates sometimes as the rubber dampeners have gone but it is still attached perfectly well. There may be other problems I do not know about as I have not had it into a garage for any sort of inspection. Pictures can be deceiving but there are a number of scratches, a crack in the bumper covered with stickers, some corrosion at the wheel arches, siliconed up to stop any more rot! There are a number of coffee stains on the inside. There are no bad smells, I'm a non-smoker. It has a tow bar hitch, spare tire and jack and 3/4 of a tank of gas! Most people know these cars are the best for winter, it's very hard to get them stuck in snow. This could be a good run around for a long time yet without having to put any money in to it, it still drives very smoothly. Pick up with cash payment only please. Thanks for looking.
