Selling my beloved Insight. This first-generation Insight was the best gas mileage production car ever sold in the US, and there were precious few of them. Of those ~17k cars, fewer still had manual transmission. It's lightweight, the aluminum body doesn't rust, and I expect to get upwards of 60 mpg out of it for a long trip. If you're looking for a manual hybrid with fabulous mileage, this is your car. Features: 142,800 mi 58.5 mpg = currently reading as its lifetime mileage with me clean title, no accidents silver all-season tires Blizzak snow tires on extra rims Alpine stereo with BT and mic for phone integration Known issues: IMA battery is currently charging normally. However, the IMA light did turn on and was reset. That means it gets an unknown limited number of months/miles before something needs to be done. It has also been setting a P0420 (cat efficiency) code on and off over the past couple of years. That's off now and has been been for a while. Tire skirt: I've been riding without the right tire skirt lately, because although I have it and all its fittings (and even an extra of those little bolts that cost @$12), there's some issue with one of the brackets that hold the bolts in, and it's being uncooperative. Feel free to ask me about any of these if you want to know more. I'm a careful driver with obsessively kept maintenance records; the first owner passed me all his records (in 2007) as well.
