Vehicle Detail
1984 Pontiac Grand Prix 5.0 305 V8, turbo 350 trans. 49,000 Original miles, clear title second owner. Relisted due to non-paying bidder. Less than 3000 miles in last 10 years. Runs and drives great. PA inspected until 9/16, new front brakes/rotors, tires have <1000 miles on them, new cat-back dual exhaust(not loud but flows well), carb was professionally rebuilt in may, landau vinyl roof was just replaced, new starter. Brakes, rotors, front backing plates, front calipers, hoses, front steel lines are all new. I never hesitate to get in this car and drive it, it is very reliable. Cruises nice on the highway despite the 3 speed auto trans. Interior is very nice, rare floor shifter car. Headliner is 2 years old and still looks good. Original build sheets. Frame and underneath are very solid, frame has never been repaired and does not have the typical g-body rot. Body is solid with no major dents, dings scratches or rust. There are a few spots of surface rust but absolutely no holes that I can see. Doors and rockers are solid. Trunk solid, but previous owner cut left side to replace body mounts, then welded a patch(done well, though). The paint has seen better days, and is cracking but still looks good from ten feet. I get a lot of compliments on this car as they are getting harder and harder to find in decent shape. Would be a nice cruiser with a paint job. Known issues are the fuel gage is not really working(seems like the sending unit), the original radio cuts out a lot(static in the knob), and power locks don't work(I never looked into why). I really like this car and would keep it if I could, but I have other projects that I need to complete and this one was a lot of fun for the time I've had it. *SEE VIDEO BELOW Do not bid unless you intend to buy.
