Very well maintained and excellent running BMW. This is the last year of the E39 and this is a clean car. Nicely appointed including the sport seats and the 17" factory wheels with Goodyear Eagle tires with 80% tread. It does not reflect in the photos because the parts have not arrived yet but I ordered new headlights as the originals are hazed from wear. I ordered a set that are new but resemble stock lights - no crazy LED add ons - and they maintain the angel eye. I am also replacing the driving lights with a new stock set. The paint on this car is in great shape. It has been painted so the paint is not original but it was a very good paint job. The car does have the normal stone chips on the hood. The interior is very good condition. Seats are not torn or overly worn for the year and mileage. All electrical items work as they should and the AC blows ice cold. Engine appears to have had the full 100K mile service. Valve cover gasket appears to be replace along with a full tune up has been performed. Brakes are at least 80%. The only item that will need attention is the headliner. It is not torn just sagging from the back roof. The A, B and C pillar coverings will need to be done with the headliner. This car is being sold by a license dealer in the state of Florida. The car is being sold with not implied warranty. The dealer fees of $299.00 on this transaction are not include in the price and represent the dealers cost on paperwork, preparation and profit on the vehicle. Tax, tag and title fees are not included in the advertised price and will be base solely on actual cost of the transactions.
