Vehicle Detail

1946 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup. It's sitting on a modified 95 model S-10 Frame and chassis with a Small Block Chevy 350 and a 350 Turbo automatic transmission. It runs very strong, and drives super smooth. Has power steering, disc brakes up front, drum rear. New steering shaft and knuckle joints. Has brand new power steering reservoir & pulley and drive belt, new alternator, new starter, new brake master cylinder with all new fittings and new brake lines. New headers and gaskets, new plugs and wires, new valve cover gaskets. Brand new custom drive shaft, balanced with new yokes and u-joints, new 3 row radiator with new electric fan. New gauges and wiring. New battery with new cables. New headlights with Hi/Low beams, new turn signals, new brake lights. The gas tank came out of a drag car from the 60's and it's real clean inside. Holds 10 gallons. This is a good driving truck, pretty fast too, it'll smoke tires off. It's a rat rod, so it does have a few dents and dings. There's a good dent over the passenger side wiper and one behind the passenger side of the cab. All can be fixed though, and of course it's got some rust. Especially around the belt line. That being said, they do sell brand new replacement panels for this truck, including the entire belt line section below the rear window. So if you wanted to make this "nice" you could relatively cheap. The doors open and close perfect. The hood opens and closes easy. It does have all the glass, but the door windows are a pain to roll up and down. Probably needs new regulators or maybe even just greased. The wipers are there but I don't know if they work, I didn't try to hook them up. The only thing the truck needs is a speedometer, fuel gauge and one inside door handle. There is a slow leak from the power steering pump. I put some re conditioner in it and seems to have almost stopped completely. There is no emergency brake but the cables are hooked up and are secured under the cab in case you wanna hook one up. I have a clear Missouri title in my name. ***I do have this listed for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time***On Jan-16-16 at 09:36:43 PST, seller added the following information: 1946 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup.
