Vehicle Detail

Selling my daily commuter car. Have to many other cars so unfortunately this gas sipper has to go. I put a fair amount of work in it, still some things that need TLC but it runs and drives great and heater works wonderful as well. If you win the bid, come on over and drive it home! Full tank of gas. Gets about 45-48MPG freeway doing 60-70MPH. Overall:Great car, very reliable! Gas sipper naturally. Has the original D15B6 HF SOHC motor with the HF 5-speed. Unmolested, all bone stock engine no mods or anything. Interior is good for a daily driver. The carpet has some mileage on it, its not showcase quality but still mostly intact. Wiper delay mode sometimes works, but low and high speeds are fine. New wiper blades. All lights work. Tags are good till 2017. All locks work. Drives straight and true even at 70MPH. Tires are about 10%-20% back, 30%-40% front. Comes with donut spare tire. Clean and clear title. Okay so here's what I've done: Car used to smoke oil a fair amount. I pulled the cylinder head off and replaced the valve stem seals. Also I pushed the pistons out and replaced the piston rings including the oil rings. Therefore no more smoke! When putting the head back on the motor received a new timing belt, tensioner, thermostat, and water pump. I did this at about 152,000 miles now the car sits at ~157,000. New radiator installed, all new silicone coolant hoses (yes all 9 or so hoses have been replaced.) New CV axles installed. Just had an oil change with 5W-30 Castrol. New muffler put on this summer. New fuel pump (Delco). New ignition lock installed (no it was never stolen, the lock was binding up on me). Still needs help in a few areas:Window on driver side functions okay, just need to help it back up into the full closed position. It'll seal great just takes a bit of finesse. NO it doesn't leak whatsoever. Just needs a helping hand. Exhaust shield below the car rattles at idle at times. Exhaust pipe is great, the shield rattle is just annoying is all. Radio can cut in and out. A gentle love tap and it comes back. But it is the original for you die hard CRX fans. The driver door bracket that hold the door half way open (so it doesn't slam into you when getting out) is cracked/broken. There is a picture of it. No damage structurally, and might be fixed with a MIG welder for the gifted welder. Message me for any questions! I'll try to add more info if I remember what all I did to it. After end of auction down payment of $500 via paypal is due within 48 hours after end of auction to show interest and hold the car. Otherwise it might be relisted. The rest you can bring in cash when you pick it up. Thanks for looking!
