This Jeep has been one of my best friends for the past eight years, bested only by my dog. He has 92,139 miles, a 5-speed manual transmission, 2.5 inch suspension lift, 1 inch body lift, 33 inch BFG all-terrain tires on XD rims, and an after market exhaust. Since I bought him in 2008, I have had most of the cooling system replaced, rebuilt the transmission, added new shocks, added a step up bar, rebuilt the rear differential, replaced the top, put in new wheel bearings, a new starter, a new ignition switch, and added an mp3 player with usb port. As you can see from the pictures, he has a lot of character. This beast was born to traverse the great unknown. Unfortunately, his vacuous owner (before me) thought it was a good idea to remove the front drive shaft when he put on the lift. Thus, the 4wd will not work until you put on a new one. Also, he has that lovely Jeep shake at around 60mph, just to let you know you're still alive. He's had this little quirk for a few years but he doesn't do it below or above that speed so I haven't had it fixed. You should if you're doing highway driving. I'm sad to see him go, but all good things come to an end and I can only hope his new owner will love him as much as I have.
