1930 Ford Model A Coupe Street RodI have for sale a 1930 Ford Model A Coupe. This car was turned into a street rod in the mid 70's, somewhere in Kansas. The man that I bought from had owned it for 15 years and it needed just updating. Car is equipped with all of Pete and Jakes frame, 4in dropped front axle, 8in Ford rear, 325 gears, newly rebuilt C4 trans. new torque and fly wheel, locar shifter, new fire wall installed(original was ugly). Sound insulated are in the floors. All lights works, including signal lights and dome. All gauges work except the gas hand is not correct. Engine is a 1966 A code Ford Mustang, engine, ,transmission and rear. Has a new comp cam and lifters set, 268 H. High volume oil pump and timing chain set. All new fel-pro gaskets, new eldelbrock 750 carb with new performer intake, eldelbrock high flow water pump, new fuel pump. All new aluminum gas lines. New aluminum radiator. New 17in American racing torque thrust wheels and tires($1,500). Special built battery for Pete and Jakes frame ($150). Car holds very good oil pressure and does not run hot, even on a hot day. Car is very powerful, but will idle in traffic. Car has glass fenders. The paint and interior is old from the 70's, so it does have imperfections. Car had new flow master exhaust with full length headers(sounds very good). This is an old car and I'm sure you can find things to do to it, it is a hot rod, not an SUV or a BMW. And it rides and drives like a hot rod. I would be interested in taking 1953 to 1956 Ford F100 Panel or truck project trade in.
