Vehicle Detail
The 2007 Audi Q7 is an all-new luxury SUV. The design brief for the 2007 Audi Q7 is familiar. Like the Porsche Cayenne -- this is a crossover SUV, which means its underlying architecture is car-based for better on-road performance and comfort. It also has a V6 for power, can seat up to seven passengers and will no doubt look very shiny and prestigious in the company parking lot. The Q7 is tuned for better handling and steering response. Furthering the Q7's distinctiveness is Audi signature styling, an advanced adaptive cruise control system, a blind-spot monitoring feature and a huge sunroof. Overall, the 2007 Audi Q7 is very impressive and we highly recommend it. Its collection of luxury features, its versatile interior and its agile handling make it ideal for family-oriented daily use and long-distance drives. No Video Content The Audi Q7 Premium is a luxury crossover SUV that can seat up to seven.. It features include 20-inch wheels, adaptive bi-HID headlights, a power rear liftgate, automatic dual-zone climate control, Audi's MMI control interface and a Bose audio system with an in-dash six-CD player. Leather upholstery, three rows of seating with a second-row bench, power front seats and a memory function for the driver seat are also included. The Premium adds folded doors mirrors, a navigation system, a large three-panel sunroof, heated front and rear seats, an additional rear air conditioning unit and satellite radio. Underneath the hood is either a 3.6-liter V6 (280 horsepower, 266 pound-feet of torque) Engine is equipped with the latest engine technologies, including direct fuel injection. All Q7s come with Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system. The car was purchased from insurance company on auction. It have salvage title and was totaled as a water damaged. The car was fully inspected and the major problem is - no electric power. Even when the new battery(was in the car) was fully charged and engine is running - the battery discharged very quickly (the generator worked fine). After the battery was fully charged it's "drained" down to 10 -11 Volts and less next day. BUT THE GOOD NEWS - THE CAR DIDN'T HAVE THE WATER INSIDE AND RUNS AND DRIVES AS SHOULD. The problem was combined from two different but major defects: 1. The Bose amplifier was slightly damaged by water ( liquid came in from the top, amplifier located under cup holder in third row passenger side cover) - cause all MMI system shut off (no music/sound, no navigation, no screen) and it have drain the battery. 2. The power cable from alternator have had loose(invisible, hard to diagnose) - cause the battery have not been charging. Also, the running engine and all electrical resources in the car were powered from battery only. Now, everything is fixed. Car runs and drives. All are working properly. The front seats headrest are missing. The car's switches have wear, driver seat have a few cracks on a side - common for Audi. The car will be sold with NJ Salvage title and bill of sale as is, no warranty.
