I AM LISTING THIS CAR FOR A SECOND TIME DUE TO THE FACT, THAT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE TRUE NATURE OF THE CONTRACT, AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE FIRST BUYER KEPT PROMISING TO COME PICK UP THE CAR, AND THEN WOULD NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON HIS PROMISES. I DID NOT KNOW THE TRUE NATURE OF THE CONTRACT UNTIL AROUND THE 38TH DAY AFTER THE CAR WAS SUPPOSEDLY SOLD. I AM NOT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC. I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN CAR REPAIR, NOR VINTAGE VEHICLE RESTORATION. I AM HONEST. I WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING, I KNOW ABOUT THE VEHICLES HISTORY, AS TOLD TO ME BY THE 95 YEAR OLD WHO SOLD IT TO ME! Most recently, I had my mechanic over. He looked at the numbers on the block, and the correct engine is in the car. You can see the car has been wrecked. The photo of the front end of the car looks like the car is leaning to the left. this is not true and do to my poor photography skills! The car was driven after the wreck, so I assume the rails are straight. There are a lot of parts that are not seen in the photos! The transmission needs to be rebuilt, as does the motor. Please look at all of the photos that ebay allows me to post. The body has rust on each side. There is a lot of body work to be done on the car. The trunk is partially rusted out. The floors looked ok to me with as much as I could see. There is slight rust underneath the vinyl top on the left bottom end. The front windshield needs to be replaced. The hood is probably going to need to be replaced as well as the brackets on one side. I was told that the kid continued to drive the car after hitting a guard rail coming off the freeway. He had tied the hood down with rope and the rope gave way, thus taking hitting the windshield. In addition, the car will need to have the right front drum heated up. Although the car was on blocks and in a garage the front wheel was locked up, when the tow truck pulled it out. The suspension and exhaust are both going to have to be replaced. This car is registered in my name in The State Of Alabama. I have had a properly filled out Vehicle VIN Report, which was executed by a current officer with the Mobile Police Department. I have a State Of Alabama License plate associated with this car, which expires last month. This vehicle should have no problems with the transfer of ownership! If you state requires something else, than I am willing to help you, and should the need arise go to a notary public to have documents executed!
