1978 Suzuki GS1000 I was hoping to turn the bike into a Wes Cooley replica, however, I have too many projects going on The bike was my rider over the summer. It is still a fun bike to ride. It definitely gets the attention of riders that rode during the seventies and early eighties. It was one of the first "Superbikes" . It still run and rides well, however even though I jetted  it , it still starts a little hard and takes a while to warm up here in the North East, which was pretty typical of the big carbureted engines back in the day. It really could use a paint job, however, i didn't really care and wanted to ride it.
