Runs and drives well. It was a daily driver from 2001 until 2010 (was driven only around 55,000 miles during that timeframe), and I’m selling it because we do not drive it now. It’s originally from Washington State and has been in Oklahoma since 2004. The car was purchased in 2001 with 105,516 original miles on it. My son and I completely went through the car to ensure the drive ability and reliability. The motor, transmission, and drive train were torn down, inspected, and reassembled with new parts if needed. In the motor replaced the bearings, seals, piston rings, had the head reworked, and purchased a rebuilt carb. In the transmission replaced the main shaft bearings and input /output seals. Repainted the car blue over the factory mustard yellow color. The interior is just how it was when purchased, with the exception of a little more wear. The driver and passenger seats are black and badly worn and from another Celica, covers were on the seats while we used it. The car is complete, as far as I know. The radio was replaced with an AM/FM, 10 Disc CD changer and cassette. I still have the factory radio. The tires were purchased in 2009 and have about half tread life remaining and will probably get you where you need to go; but they sat a few years with little movement. It has a cracked windshield, cracked dash and some rust by the rear wheels. Also, one of the front turn signals has a crack. I have the owner’s manual, a couple of factory repair manuals, and a Haynes repair manual. There is an extra 1978 20R motor and rear axle out of a 1977 Celica. Also, have two studded snow tires on steel rims and a box of extra parts that go with it. I have kept maintenance records from the day we bought it, to present date.
