1949 Ford F-1 Truck, getting hard to find model Ford F-1 pickup truck, very nice older restoration painted hot rod flat black paint. All steel body and fenders, with an all Ford drive train: 302 V8, C4 automatic trans. with “Lokar” floor shifter and a 78 Ford LTD 9” rear end. Front end replaced with a 1980 Camaro (clip) suspension , which gives the truck a nice ride, with power steering, disk brakes and 15” ford wheels. A new gas tank installed between rear frame rails, much safer than the stock behind the seat gas tank which was removed. Some additional 302 V8 motor items, see photos: Edelbrock 4 barrel manifold and Edelbrock 4-V carburetor and, a MSD electronic ignition. The F-1 has a 12 volt system with alternator and “kill switch” plus a electric radiator fan. Nice driving F-1 truck with light-touch power steering. Nice inside bench seat with seat belts, and nice custom door panels, doors fit the body very even. Very bright new five gauge “Equus” instruments on dash as well as a CD player.
