Up for Auction is this early 1970 Honda CT70 that I restored and have owned for 20 years. Instead of paint, the frame was done in a Stunning Candy Ruby Red Powder coat that looks like it is still wet and the wheels in light gray. This is the only CT70 that I have seen finished in Powder Coat. There are a few blemishes that have taken place over the years from storage such as a small scratch on the left side headlight bracket, one light scratch on the Honda Sticker left side, and a chip on the chain guard near one of the mounting holes. The bike was missing the speedometer/ head light bucket when I purchased the bike. I can only verify that the mileage is correct from the time after the used speedometer was purchased and installed which had been set to 0 miles when it was restored. The bike was restored 10 years ago and has undergone a freshen up over this summer that was just completed. The engine was disassembled to install a new kick start shaft, the chrome exhaust and engine cradle were replaced, a new seat skin with foam was installed, and a lot of the small little details that make the bike look like it was made yesterday. The bike runs real strong with a brand new 19mm carburetor installed and the 3 speed automatic with the centrifugal clutch shifts nice. I do not have a title but I will provide a Bill Of Sale to the winning bidder. The Buyer will be responsible for pickup or arrangements for shipping.
