Has new stock OEM exhaust, new axles, and new tires. A/C system is complete and hard to find on these older Rabbits. Desirable long-ratio 5-speed for diesel sipping performance. Interior is in great shape. Small dent in hood and grill. Would be a great car to fix or use for the plethora of good parts. Actually ran great until one day, while going up a hill, the throttle plate stuck open. Couldn't shut it down and the car smoked badly. It still turns over but now it won't start. Rings or valves probably shot. Don't know, don't really care, and don't have the patience to fix. Just want it gone. On Oct-19-15 at 13:08:57 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note: A more informed VW person informed me the engine was burning blow-by oil and not the throttle plate sticking open like I thought. Several people have confirmed this.
