No Motor No Tranny Rolling Chassis You are bidding on a rolling chassis only no motor no tranny 1989 Custom Cadillac. This car is a project in the works just don't have the time to finish it. This car was purchased last year. I began to replace and renew the interior that was missing some door panels. The interior is 1990 with the seat belts as well. The windows and locks and power seats work.It is missing the kick panels up front both sides.
