This is a 1965 convertible with 289 CI engine, 4 barrel carburetor, automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power top, and air conditioning that is great as a daily driver or to be restored. Car has a new battery (September 2015) and five steel belt radial tires with less than 3000 miles on them. This red Mustang with white top and interior was purchased in April 1996 with 41,090 odometer miles and less than 22,000 miles have been added since. Odometer mileage may not match actual mileage. For the almost 20 years I have owned it, it has been garaged in Southern California and is basically rust free. The last two owners had the car for over 20 years in the San Diego area. The car is reliable transportation and a pleasure to drive on surface streets or at highway speeds. It is mechanically sound and always gets “Nice car!” shouted by strangers. If I were keeping it, I would do a new interior and new exterior paint.
