2007 Honda Shadow

I have a 2007 Honda Shadow Aero VT750c with only 5500 mile it really clean except for minor scratches not on the body but on the steel pars around the bike. The bike was never droped as bought it from it's owner and he told me that no major accident happened as it was just the head light that it break and as you know bike always change the title to salvage if you contact the insurance even when it's small dent, so when he contacted the insurance for the broken light they make it in to restore-salvage.
