Vehicle Detail

Hello, This is s 67 Ford Mustang Coupe that I have owned for 21 years. I recently went through and rebuilt most of it. I stripped the paint off the car and had it repainted. i removed all the chrome trim and had the bumpers powder coated black. The interior is custom done and is all Black Suede. With custom seat, door panels, headliner, rear speaker panel, and the trunk all done in black suede. The carpet is brand new factory black. The car was painted a few years ago and just sits in my garage. It runs beautifully. The engine is crate engine 289 that was installed in 2000 and has probably less than 10,000 miles on it. I replaced the 2 barrel with a 4 barrel a year ago. I just leave it sitting in my garage, it's time it goes to someone who wants to enjoy it. The car is a rebuild from getting rear ended in 1999. I gutted a 67 and a 68 from a junkyard to restore the car. So some pieces may be from a 68 or a 67. Both years are very compatible with little differences so it's hard to tell. Having stripped the car down to the metal in preparation for painting I can tell you it had zero surface rust or rust damage. The interior had rust on the ceiling that was sanded and a rust inhibitor chemical was applied. Other than that the car was very clean. The most damage was to the passenger side underside right beneath the door that required the most body work to fix. A few patches on the right front fender, the 67 turn signal light was removed and filled in to match the 68 which does not have that slot. The roof had a few waves in it. The car has minor fluid leaks. One from the transmission and one that appears to be coming from the torque converter. These leaks are more of an annoyance than a problem. I have had 2 mechanics try to stop the transmission leak with no success, only a new transmission would solve the problem maybe. Basically they say it's an old car and it's going to leak no matter what. The dash gauges work off and on. The oil gauge does not work and the speedometer is bouncy, it has new sensor and cable but still bounces. I will answer any questions Paypal only, buyer has to pick it up or arrange for shipping.
