Vehicle Detail

Sadly, I'm selling my 1982 Mercedes. Have owned it for several years but will be moving out of the country and will have to say goodbye. It's been a great car for me, hope to sell it to a good owner. VIN: WDBAB33A0CB01134 Images/Video More Images History Was garage kept throughout the 90s and most of 2000s in Iowa. Sold to someone else in late 2000s who brought it to Minnesota. I bought it in late 2010 from Minnesota and since then have used it on/off as my daily driver. Have hardly driven it at all the last two years though. Bought it with 130,000. Care Standard upkeep. Used Rotella synthetic 5w-40 for diesels since I've owned it. Previous owner had the fuel injection pump repaired right before I bought it. Would bring it to Carlos at C & H when it needed repairs. Belts replaced a couple years ago. Had the exhaust done a year ago. Mechanical Car doesn't shift as smoothly as it should out of 1st, my mechanic believes there's a non-sealing vacuum tube. There also a noticeable engine miss when the engine is cold. This has existed since I bought it. I hadn a diesel mechanic test it and they found that the compression checked out on all cylinders and the spray patterns of the injectors were fine. Brought to my mechanic and he too couldn't figure out why there was a miss. Body Spots of rust, some dents (worst near the front driver side blinker), and a few weeks ago someone must have backed into the car and cracked the plastic grill plate. Most recently someone stole the emblem. I bought a replacement, but it looks like they got the base the emblem locks into as well. Interior Interior is in nice shape. Dash isn't cracked like on a lot of these cars. Factor radio still works! Bonus Comes with snow tires (makes driving in the winter a million times nicer).
