Up For Auction is a 1963 Corvette Convertible Project Car . It is equipped with both the hard top and soft top , the soft top needs new canvas as seen in pictures other wise is fine . The Gas Tank is full of sludge as it has been off the road for 15 years . It comes with a new gas tank and new sending unit forgot to take a picture of it. It will start right up if you pour gas in the carb . It has new exhaust system from front to back , new battery , new air cleaner , new oil & filter . It will also need the brakes to be looked at as they are not working from sitting as well.The body with the exception of the flares in in great shape and looks all original . The frame is in exellent shape with the exception of the very back of the frame rails where they had side exhaust with big brackets and the owner supplied the new pieces to do the repair work if you choose to go that root . Can not see any rust anywhere else on the entire frame . I think it was a 340 horse from factory as it has a 6,500 red line tach ? The motor is not original i think it is a 350 , and the shifter is a hurst competition plus not original either . I just purchased the car in Virginia with sole reason to flip it and let somebody else finish the car . If it does not sell i will take the flares off and repair the frame etc. and then relist it for a lot more than my price this time .
