For sale is a fair condition 2009 Subaru Legacy. What this means - it has paint flecking on both bumpers. It has a dent in the trunk. It has minor scrapes all around. The interior is clean, but there are a few coffee stains (since cleaned but the light stains remain). It had a full maintenance inspection from Subaru 5000 miles ago. The only mechanical quirks - it has new rims that have not yet been connected to the tire pressure gauge - so it shows a warning that the tire pressure is low - when that is not the case. Any subaru dealer can attach this, or you check it by hand (as we do - can even throw in a manual gauge). We are the original owners and have the full maintenance history. We also have the carfax. Please note - it does list a minor fender bender on the carfax. We have the accident report - in short, my wife gently tapped the car behind her while trying to parallel park, and upon realizing that the car didn't fit, went and parked across the street. A traffic cop saw this, and unfortunately wrote it up as a "hit and run." The other car owner, seeing no damage, declined to move forward, but this awkward blemish remains on the car record. We are only selling this because our jobs previously required us each to have a car, but my wife's job moved to the city so we no longer need two. While there is cosmetic damage to this car, we would actually put it well above "fair condition," no mechanical issues beyond the tire pressure gauge.
