This 1957 Thunderbird is a restoration project...have replaced some parts about $2000 worth, new steering box, new side and rear view mirrors, dash has been pulled and body shop painted Thunderbird black, Heater blower and housing w/new connector hoses, interior firewall replaced and new front floor carpet but have to sell due to moving. Includes Porthole Hardtop is vinyl covered and shows age wear. Has I think a 302 V8 engine from previous owner (should be replaced) brakes need re-bled or something not working very good...was stored in a barn for the last 15-20 years. Some minor repairable rust, to be expected with a car nearly 60 years old. Gorgeous, these 57's are very desirable for their sleek vintage body style, trademark fins and aggressive grill work. These cars fully restored use to fetch $80K - $100K. For someone who likes to tinker this could be a rewarding project to vintage restore or make a Hot Rod it's ready for either direction.
