Here are a few ways I try to meet those standards with each listing, each time by providing: Accurate shipping costs. I do not charge handling fees.One-day handling time. Often, if a payment is received before noon, Pacific Standard Time, and I am able – I will ship an item same day. Payments eBay allows four (4) days to make payment on an auction item won, or item purchased but I sure do appreciate it when payment is made immediately. For payments received before 2pm Pacific Standard Time - there is a very good chance I will get your item out on the same day! International Shipping | eBay Global Shipping Program I sell internationally, but only via eBay's Global Shipping Program. The eBay Global Shipping Program only allows certain items, weight and sizes to be shipped using this program. If an item I have listed does NOT say the item ships internationally, that is because eBay's guidelines excludes the item from the program and it is not an option. With this program, I am only responsible for specifying the cost of domestic shipping to the shipping center, then the shipping center specifies the international shipping (including import charges and fees) for delivery to the buyer in another country. The combined shipping cost (domestic + international) is what is displayed in the listing. Returns I participate in the eBay hassle-free returns program. eBay hassle-free returns provide buyers with an efficient way to return an item for a refund or replacement. In the rare case where I am not accepting a return on an item, I will duly note that I am not accepting a return on that item at the beginning of the listing. Refunds I operate with small product and auction item inventories - so exchanges of an item for a different color, size, option, etc. are unlikely. If I can make an exchange I will let you know immediately; otherwise, all returns are for a refund.
