Very clean, runs very well, road-ready and easy to ride. Has traveled to Colorado and Canada in recent years. Has large "deluxe" fuel tank for longer range touring, clear windscreen, hard-to-find chrome safety bars and high-quality KG carrier. Tires are very good and seat has been newly re-covered. Small areas of rust on tail pipe weld areas (typical on CX500's). Small scrapes on turn signal and headlamp trim ring. Small dent in fuel tank. Slight scuffing on fuel tank and side covers paint. Some jitter in speedo needle at highway speed but otherwise no mechanical issues with this bike. Comes with five boxes of spare parts from a dismantled 1980 "parts bike," including a spare engine nearly complete and stock (smaller) fuel tank.
