up for auction is my 1964 Honda C110 Super Cub. I am listing for auction because I am unable to get the title transferred in my name here in Minnesota. the previous owner had to swap out the engine casing that carried the original engine numbers due to the foot peg mount hole being stripped out. in MN the engine numbers is what the DMV goes by and the old number is on the title. so if you are a bidder in MN you will have the same issues I ran into. I am not sure how that is for other states. Please check for yourself. With that being said, this little 51 year old beauty is up for grabs and is a perfect candidate for restore or put it back on the road and ride it. It is missing the turn signals but re manufactured ones are out there. it has new tires and tubes with zero miles on them. here is a list from the previous owner of what was done Rebuilt motor with new rings Rewired wiring harness with new NOS harness Put on new tires and tubes Replaced stock bars New chain and rear sprocket Rebuilt carbs (but sat for a while since then) Rebuilt petcock Purchased new seat (original was not with the bike) Front Fender is NOS Front headlight bucket was replaced it does start right up but seems to have an air leak somewhere and will rev up when the choke is off. I suspect it is from the not original rubber piece that runs from the carb to the intake I tried to be as detailed as I can. please email me with question. the bike does carry a very fair reserve so bid to win
