You are looking at a 2006 Ford F-250 XLT Super Duty with extended cab and an 8 foot bed. It is powered by a 6.0 liter powerstroke turbo diesel, an automatic transmission and 4 wheel drive. Truck has just under 237,000 miles on it. I purchased this truck about a year ago with intentions on rebuilding it and just parked it. I have since lost all interest in doing this, so the truck must now go. The truck unoubtedly shows its age and mileage and is by no means a perfect truck, however, it has no problem firing up and driving down the road and everything seems to work including the A/C. The body is fairly straight with no major dents. There is a lot of areas with minor surface rust here and there, however, there is no major rot thru anywhere with the exception of a couple of small areas on the bed floor and wheel well areas. Rear tires will need replaced, as there is no tread life left in them. The front tires have a little life left in them yet. The interior is also showing its fair share of wear and tear. The only major thing I noticed there was I cannot open the rear drivers side door. Not sure why, probably something up with the linkage. I am by no means an expert on these Diesel engines, but everything seems to run as it should, with no smoking, just minor oil leakage. The check engine light and the ABS lights are on however, not sure why. The truck does come equipped with a towing package as well as some sort of 5th wheel attatchment in the bed. KBB value on this truck with this condition and mileage is 9976.00, and my starting price is well below that. These engines alone are selling for over 4 grand.
