You are looking at a 1999 SCCA Mazda Spec Miata race car. This is NOT a street legal car. Built by Predator Motorsports (now defunct) in 2011. Vetted and maintained by Advanced Autosports (Beloit, WI) until 2014. Complete rebuild of engine and trans last year. Every component inspected, updated or replaced to keep it a competitive race car. New or rebuilt this race season: New shocks, new bushings new front hubs. Rebuilt brake calipers. New wiring harness and coil packs. Much more. Last podium was Midwestern Council fall sprints at Blackhawk (had pole position). Car qualified for 2015 SCCA Runoffs at Daytona. 2015 annual tech for SCCA and Midwestern Council racing. Never had a DNF in 5 seasons of racing! Sits in my garage on a lift, no leaks, immaculate engine and undercarriage. Interior - AIM data acquisition system (over $2000 invested). Integrated fire suppression system. 2 different steering wheels. Sparco EVO seat in excellent condition, mounted on slider. Can also be bolted to floor if driver wants to sit even lower. Belts and all safety equipment good for 5 years. Exterior: looks like a car with 5 seasons of racing. Yellow paint shows wear. Car shows battle scars from racing. Never in a major crash. Never had any frame damage. Needs new paint and new LF quarter panel and rear bumper cover to look great. I have spent my time and money on the mechanicals. Over $30,000 invested in developing this car. Needs nothing, ready to race. Selling because I am getting out of SCCA racing. Note: I have total of 12 wheels and tires (8 tires of Hoosier SM7 slicks, 4 Hoosier rain tires). Also many spare parts. Will separately negotiate.
