Automatic This 2006 Lincoln Town Car is in very good condition inside and out, and it comes with a long list of comfort and convenience features. Its a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and potholes of northern roads, and it has a clean Carfax report. This car has been well cared for. The Carfax report shows no accidents or any other problems. You can see the Carfax at the end of the photo gallery. Exterior features include alloy wheels and chrome accent moldings. Keypad entry comes in very handy of you lock your keys in the car - or if you need access to the interior or trunk and don't have your keys with you. The interior is also in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar. The rear seat is also very nice. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents, a center arm rest and plenty of space. This Lincoln offers a full compliment of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry; auto dual-zone air conditioning; AM/FM/CD stereo with steering wheel controls; tilt wheel; cruise control, and much more. Payment/Fees We will add a $250 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal. If you are the winner, a 10% deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
