BLACK on BLACK 1997 SVT Cobra with 66K miles. This is not your ordinary cobra. It has been modified and built right. I have gone through this car and it is a pleasure to drive. No issues at all. No creaks, no clunks. Suspension & front end feels as new when the car is driven. No vibrations at any speed. Ice cold A/C. Shifts great. Now this is a 97 cobra so those that know these cars well also know that slamming the gears on a cold transmission is a bad idea. Reverse may require a quick shift to 2nd or 3rd before going all the way in. This is just how these transmissions operate. Aside from these standard items, it shifts great. Motor runs super smooth. No hunting idle. Has a blow off valve so drivability is like stock. Power comes on quick with 4:10 gears!! It only has an 8lb pulley and is tuned for it. The meth kit is progressive and starts to come on at 5lb. So much room to grow here as you can easily push more boost with this methanol kit and intercooler. It has long tube headers with an off road H pipe and stainless mufflers and fully polished stainless tails. Exhaust is not too loud, does not drone and sounds excellent. Car has sat in my garage for about a year and never any oil leaks under it. It has an aftermarket stereo. I do not have the original. An SCT tuner will be included with the sale. This is a black car and it looks beautiful. Compliments everywhere I go. Now please understand this is not a brand new car, and there are a few things here and there. Few places where rock chips have been touched up..etc. So please don't expect perfect paint when examined under a microscope. You guys know who you are. The paint in general is very nice. I personally wet sanded the entire thing and buffed it. Hardly any orange peel, smooth and uniform throughout. The rear bumper has an area on the passenger corner where it developed a small spider web, but that is about it. I have a picture of it uploaded to the link. The interior is awesome. Please look at the pictures and particularly the seats. When was the last time you saw an SN95 mustang where the leather seats looked almost new?? I have continuously conditioned them, and it seems that the previous owners did the same. You hardly ever see these without wear in bolster or wrinkling in the lower support. Especially with 66K miles. They not only look new, they feel new when you sit in them. No leaning, no sagging. They feel perfect. The rest of the interior is perfect as well. All lights inside and out work as they should. Headlights and fogs are HID. Real HID, not just blue bulbs! This is a FULLY sorted car that is ready to go. New battery and zero issues. Zero remaining to finish. Get in and drive it anywhere you want to go. It truly is a pleasure to drive. Super tight. The KYB AGX adjustable shocks are brand new. I also installed poly rack bushings and replaced the steering shaft with one taken out of an 03 cobra. Cant say it enough....as tight and sharp as a new car going down the road with all the suspension mods. Wheels are 18" saleen. Chrome is close to perfect. BFG front tires are new. BFG drag radials in the rear have a matching tread pattern to the fronts and are also new. Car has been aligned and does not pull one way or the other. Cant see it from a few feet away, but it is there. Windshield has a small rock chip in it. Various touched up paint chips here and there. Particularly around the nose area. Spare tire and jack are missing and will not come with the car. I purchased the car this way and never used it often enough to buy a spare. They are all over ebay if you need one. It does have the board and carpet mat that lays over the spare. The car is very clean and draws a crowd at every show I go to. The exhaust sounds amazing, the whistle from the blower sounds even better. The blow off valve just intimidates everyone. Will come with a custom fit car cover as well. I do not have a dyno sheet that will show an actual pull. When I purchased the car I was told it made 415 to the rear wheels on this current tune. A very reasonable and conservative number considering everything that is in the car. People also asking about drivability...It's manners are no different than a stock cobra. I can drive it in high gear at 1000 rpm with no bucking. Clutch is smooth as butter...no chatter or shudder. Idles smooth as glass. Not much else to say.
