This is my personal Baja that I have owned for almost two years. I purchased it from the "Adam the Subaru Guy" with 240000 miles on her. Despite the high mileage, this Baja runs great. There are no issues and everything works as it should. Stock Subaru radio has been replaced with a Blaupunkt receiver with Bluetooth and iPhone controls. Tires and brakes are good, no check engine light, NYS safety and emissions tests were all passed two years in a row, transmission shifts smoothly, engine runs smooth, uses about 1 quart of oil every 1500 to 2000 miles. Oil changed every 3000 miles. Also changed rear drive shaft about 4 months ago. New exhaust system and A/C has been charged. The repair bills for the drive shaft, exhaust and A/C charge were close to $2000. No visible rust, no bubbles, wheel wells were checked with a screw driver and they are solid. My Baja is very versatile and allowed me to renovate a cottage in RI, as I needed her for trips to the lumber yard and Ikea. My wife wants a Transit Connect for her business, so despite my misgivings, the Baja needs to be sold. I have taken this car on many, many road trips and she has never let me down.
