I bought this car as a certified pre-owned vehicle from a dealer at NY state. Later I moved to TX and registered the vehicle there. The lien was paid off and therefore the title is clean . I am the second owner. Although the CARFAX report states that "The vehicle has been reported as used as a fleet, rental, and/or lease vehicle" I believe it refers to the first owner use of the car. The car is in very good condition. Must see it!
