THE BOSS IS BACK!! Up for sale is my 1982 Ford Mustang GT. It has been recently repainted professionally (2014) with the same factory color silver in a single stage PPG paint. All new door seals were put in after paint along with new front glass and seal. While the car was being painted, I had the motor freshened up with all new seals (including valve stem seals), new water pump and roller timing chain, new Edelbrock 600cfm carburetor and Edelbrock performer intake manifold. Ford Racing valve covers and air cleaner were installed as well. The 4 speed transmission was replaced with a World Class T-5 5-speed, and of course had a new clutch, pressure plate, throw out and pilot bearing. After the motor was installed I installed a new radiator and coolant. The car has new brakes, power brake booster, rebuilt master cylinder, new brake pads and shoes, new wheel cylinders. New headers and Flowmaster Exhaust, new sub-frame connectors, new shift knob, new headliner, new carpet and Dynamat sound deadening, new wheels and tires, new heater core, new power steering rack and hoses, new battery, spark plugs, plug wires, and distributor cap and rotor. This car does not leak, seep, drip, or burn any fluids!The car operates as it should; starts and idles flawlessly (perfectly tuned carburetor), Runs nice and cool with new cooling system, handles great with new power steering system, new tires, rear shocks, and sub-frame connectors. Brakes excellent with new braking system, interior looks new and actually smells new from the Dynamat, new carpet and headliner. There was a lot of money invested in the reconditioning of this GT. Looking at the pictures, you will see just how clean the car is. The interior is in amazing shape, all the panels, dashboard, seats, trim, everything looks amazing. While there are plenty of Mustangs out there, I think you will be hard pressed to find one that has been this well cared for and not cut into, not to mention the low original miles. The pictures were taken 7/26/2015 around 4:30 PM with no filters on the camera. the car is being driven to cruise nights and car shows, so the mileage might be slightly higher depending on the sale date. Once a deposit is received, the car will be stored and not moved until pick-up.The title is a clean and clear Florida title.I have the original build sheet and sales brochure that will go with the car.Along with the car you are welcome to the original wheels and tires, original steering wheel, and the original radio.I have had more than a few questions already about the sunroof and if it's factory or not. I looked into it this morning and the answer is, yes, it is a factory sunroof. I added a picture as requested.
