1995 Ford Taurus SHO (Gen 2 MTX) 3.0 220 HP Yamaha V6 engine, 5-speed manual transmission - 226,934 miles (95% hi-way)Original owner – with excellent regular maintenance (oil/filter changes, etc.) I believe the engine to be in very good shape - Does not burn or require added oil between changes and still sounds great. If you like SHOs, this car us for you – I’ve enjoyed the car more than any other car that I have ever owned and it is hard for me to let it go - but it is time for some maintenance that I don’t need to spend the money on, as I just retired and I no longer need it for my 65 mile (roundtrip) hi-way commute.Specifically, timing belt is due for replacement and I’d do the water pump at the same time. Needs a new windshield.
