Up for sale is our 1988 Lincoln Mark VII LSC. We are the original owners and have driven every one of the 139,517 miles currently shown on the odometer. This is the elder "sister" of two Lincoln LSCs currently being offered on eBay. This vehicle has been spoiled and enjoyed since it was purchased from the dealer by an executive from the cosmetics and fashion industry. It has been garage-kept, fueled only with premium gasoline, hand-washed weekly, serviced regularly (a service history has been maintained) and repaired when necessary with original Lincoln parts. Inside and out you can see how this vehicle has received special attention. Take note in the photos of the shine and the reflections that can be seen coming from the ORIGINAL PAINT (no wax applied). Notice how clean the interior door panels are (these are usually one of the highest "wear" areas on any vehicle and are one of the things high end collectors and car enthusiasts look at carefully when evaluating a vehicle). The car is equipped with a new set of Michelin Primacy tires (3000 miles on them). The original vehicle manual and warranty card are also included (needed to program codes in the Keyless Entry System...which is functional). This model is one of the last of the REAL Lincolns that was designed with the legendary Lincoln engineering that hasn't been seen since. From the first gas-airbag suspension to the automatic headlights that sense the light level outside and turn on by themselves (and then adjust from high beam to low beam automatically based on sensing the oncoming traffic) to being one of the first vehicles equipped with ABS Lincoln was hitting on all cylinders. And speaking of cylinders, the 8-cylinder, 5.0L engine is the same one that Ford used in the Mustang GT during the same period giving it the performance of a msucle car (which it still has to this day). The car has power EVERYTHING (windows, doors, both seats, trunk lid, antenna, sunroof). The Ford/Lincoln design and manufacturing focus in those days was "Quality is Job 1" and this vehicle is a testament to the great success they had at the time. Perhaps the best testimonial to this particular vehicle came from a high-end classic car dealer, who asked to look at the vehicle and remarked how exceptionally well maintained it is.
