1967 Volkswagen Deluxe Microbus in nice condition. Runs and drives great. No rust other than minor non-structural rust on passenger side rocker panel and surface rust on exterior window surrounds. Recent tune up and brake overhaul. Runs and drives great. Needs to have accelerator repair kit installed - the kit has been ordered and will probably be installed before auction ends. Fold out windshield and all glass in good condition - no cracks or scratches. Has heater but not sure if it works. Speedometer works but not sure about any of the other gauges. Seats in almost new condition. Has new interior door panels for front doors. Comes with lots of parts. Owner selling due to lack of space. Windshield wipers and some exterior lights are not working. Headliner in good condition. On Jul-18-15 at 19:33:42 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: The accelerator pedal has been fixed so the bus can now be driven anywhere. All of the lights and signals work except for the right tail light. Windshield wipers work. The Samba windshields fold out. PLEASE NOTE!!! A bidder asked if there was any rust underneath the carpet in the front section, and when I pulled it back and cleaned up the dirt I found some spots that are a little more advanced than just surface rust. There is a hole about the size of a pencil lead that I can see through. The rust is limited to the drivers side floor board - the passenger side is clean and rust free. I looked under all of the carpet in the other areas of the bus including the storage area over the engine and there is no other rust. According to customer service I cannot remove photos and add new ones to this ad, but I'm happy to email or text pics of anything you would like to see. Also if you would like to have someone come inspect the vehicle I'm happy to coordinate that.
