1973 340 Duster! 1973 Plymouth 340 Duster This 5 day worldwide NO RESERVE auction is for this classic Duster. This car has been garaged and very well preserved all its life. The exterior is in good overall condition. The paint appears to be original and has classic patina but still shows well and has excellent shine! Body is very clean and appears to be 100% rust free! there are some typical dings and paint touch ups that you would expect on a car with original paint. Overall the exterior is in great shape and looks classic! Interior is in very good shape with no rips or tears.Front bench is comfortable and has folding rear bench for added storage.All gauges work properly except the gas gauge. Original 318 is now gone and replaced with a bigger and better 340 engine. There has been thousands spent on the engine build with quality parts. The automatic transmission has also been rebuilt. Car sounds great and has a nice rumble to it! Engine makes good power shifts nice and smooth. The car handles very nice and has had some front end work done fairly recently. Overall Mechanically the car is in good dependable shape. Underside appears to be solid and free of any signs of rust. Trunk is Exceptionally clean and has original fiberglass spare tire. The car does have factory A/C. The car has spent most of its life in sunny southern California and always on the west coast where the roads are unsalted. overall this is a honest original unrestored classic mopar that is in excellent driver condition.
