DEPOSIT DUE AT AUCTION END This is a good running project car that needs restoring that you can use basically like it is or restore it to what you want. This is a 1966 chevelle sport sedan that years ago was changed into a convertible. The convertible top clamps down the same to the windshield like any other chevelle does. Someone years ago did a nice job and once this car gets painted no one will be able to tell. Going down the road you'll look like a million bucks. A new white canvas top that you can get from the chevelle parts place for about 250. and it will be sweet. A car with nice rot free floors. Any tiny minor rust touch ups on this car would be simple. Put on a Super Sport hood and get the marina blue paint out. The motor sounds very nice. It runs smooth and drives and is a fun ride. I'm told the car has the original V8 in it which I believe is a 283. The numbers I see on the front of the block are T0207DE for those that want to confirm it. Its one of the most solid chevelles I've seen in years as pictured. The floors you can see in the pictures. The frame is solid. The trunk still looks good. It even looks to have the original spare tire and jack in it. Most everything inside looks to work like the wipers, emergency brake etc. It still has the old am radio in it but doesn't turn on. It will need a windshield. It will need some minor interior work and some body work but it's not all that bad. A good body guy can have this painted and a new top on it in 2 or 3 days. Most of the chrome looks good and can even be reused after painting the car. The car has a manual top that's all there. The car also has power steering. Also it has a nice sounding flowmaster dual exhaust system on it. We are a non title state. The car comes with a Connecticut bill of sale. I also have the old registration I got with the car when I bought it that you can take with it if you want. The car was last registered in 2012 and still had registration until somewhat recently. this description is my opinion so come inspect it or I think ebay offers an affordable inspection. As usual selling as is I can only assume the miles have been over with the year of the car and non refundable deposit of due at auction end.
