Up for Auction is 2009 Porsche 911 997.2 Convertible that just finished our re-builder program. This unit was previously damaged in the front. Items replaced include the hood front bumper assembly and front tub assembly. This car was damaged directly between the two fenders, the fenders headlights and right and left radiator pods are original to the vehicle. The front tub assembly was replaced at the factory weld locations. As with all the cars we repair and sell, they are repaired professionally and to factory standards. The car was not ordered with the center radiator but we installed one for extra cooling, something that's necessary for hotter climates. All items replaced with quality used Porsche parts or with new Porsche parts from the dealer. The driver wheel airbag deployed from the accident but was replaced with a new airbag ordered from the dealer. This car has only 5000 miles, which is extremely rare but if you check the carfax you can see the previous owner barely drove it. The interior is in excellent condition with the exception of one small cut in the driver seat (about 3/16 long) please see the picture. We also included a picture of the option sheet so you can see what the vehicle was ordered with. This car runs and drives as it should with such low mileage. The wheels and tires are original to the car and are in great shape. While this car is like new and close to perfect, please remember that it is used and may have some minor imperfections such as very small nicks or scratches that are consistent to a used vehicle. We welcome inspections before purchase so please let us know if we can help you. Currently the Porsche dealer is replacing the high pressure fuel pump which was on recall. Also the front tow hook cover is at our paint facility getting painted to match the car. After that the car will be ready for a new owner. Title: We currently hold a Virginia Certificate of Title (branded salvage). If the vehicle is sold outside of California, this title and a bill of sale will be issued to the buyer. Some states have strict inspection requirements, for these states we suggest us to register the car in California as a "title only", this would title the car in California with the buyers name and address. California Dmv would send the buyer a California Title branded salvage directly and then you would take the title to your Dmv to register the vehicle avoiding your states inspection requirements. Also the vehicle will have to be transported by a transport company that can provide a bill of lading showing the car leaving our address and crossing the state line to avoid paying sales tax. Please let us know if we can help with registration. If the vehicle is sold within California, we are required to turn the Virginia title (branded salvage) in to Dmv. They assign a number to the vehicle, that number would be written down on a bill of sale and that is what is required to register the vehicle in California. California Sales tax will be due at the time of sale and collected by us. We can also register the vehicle for you, the buyer is responsible for any registration fees.
