If you are in the market for a beautiful piece of automotive art for a reasonable price, then this is the Jaguar for you. The XJS was the car that replaced the iconic E-Type jag in the late 70s, and since then they have been showstopping head-turners with engines that run like trains. I cannot tell you how many waves, head nods and thumbs up I have gotten while driving this car, and there is no way to describe that feeling unless you experience it. Whenever I take it around town people are always stopping to ask me questions and have conversations about the car. I regrettably have to sell because my fiance and I are moving into a new house soon, and the sale of the car will help with those expenses. The car is a beautiful color called Oyster, but really looks more like champagne gold, a very classy color. The exterior of the car looks great, the long hood and low slung stance ooze power, class, and performance. The interior contains multiple cows worth of leather and the trim was originally polished wood (this could use replacing as the years and the sun have been unkind to the wood). The engine is the smoothest one I have ever seen and the car glides along the road like a jumbo jet at 20,000 feet. The ride is unbelievably smooth! As with any older car, the big cat has a few issues. The a/c needs to be charged with freeon, and their is one part missing that is keeping the cruise control from working.The interior trim could use replacing as well. All in all, this is someone's opportunity to get a great car at a great price! Will you be the one to continue taking care of this slice of beautiful British engineering?
