Nice, original 1976 BMW 2002 with 4 speed transmission. Runs good, no smoke, no leaks, no synchro problems. Very solid CA car with worn out original interior and some dash cracks. Older repaint looks more like Garnet than the original Malaga,but still shines a little, with various minor blemishes, check the photos. Solid body, some filler noticed on the driver’s side rear quarter, but not so much as to discourage a magnet from sticking anywhere. Very solid floor pan, underside, rockers, spare tire well and shock towers. Only rust observed was small 2" sq. area of the passenger side rocker panel, in front of the jack point, and some bubbling on the front valance. The gauges and speedometer work, but the tachometer and odometer are intermittent, showing 40358, but true miles are unknown.Weber caburetor, 320i Alloy wheels. Pioneer CD Stereo. Windshield washer reservoir missing.
