THIS TRUCK WAS A FIRE DEPARTMENT SERVICE TRUCK IN IT'S FIRST LIFE. THE MAN I PURCHASED FROM TOOK THE FACTORY AUTOMATIC OUT OF THE TRUCK AND PUT A 5 SPEED WITH A TRANSFER CASE IN IT WITH THE INTENTIONS OF MAKING THE TRUCK 4X4. WHEN HE PURCASED THE TRUCK AND HAD IT FOR A SHORT TIME THE SPEED O QUIT WORKING AND HE TOOK THE CLUSTER OUT OF A SALVAGE YARD AND PUT IT IN THE TRUCK SO THE MILES ON THIS ODOMITER DO NOT MATCH THE BODY OR ENGINE AND TRANS. I AM SELLING THIS TRUCK TMU TRUE MILES UNKNOWM AND EXEMPT WITH ALL OF THAT BEING SAID THIS TRUCK STARTS UP GREAT AND THE TRANS SHIFTS GOOD. THE RECENTLY NEW CLUTCH FEELS GOOD. THIS TRUCK HAS RECENTLY HAD 6 BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON IT AND HE ALSO SPENT ABOUT 1800.00 ON THE FRONT END OF THIS TRUCK. i DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE DID BUT FOR 1800.00 IT HAD TO BE A GOOD BIT. LEFT FRONT TIRE SEEMS LIKE IT WILL NEED TO HAVE A BALANCE JOB. AT 60 TO 65 IT HAS A SMALL SHIMMY TO IT AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE WEIGHT CAME OFF OF IT. IF YOU WANT A GOOD TRUCK THAT NEEDS A LIL WORK TO COMPLETE THE 4X4 PROJECT THEN HERE YOU GO. MOST OF THE HARD WORK IS DONE.
