I'd love to sell you my old car... but it comes with one giant caveat: 1. NEEDS NEW ENGINE. Two different mechanics have evaluated the vehicle, and determined it needs a new motor. Vehicle offered in as-is condition with zero guarantees or assurances of any kind implied. You must understand that the vehicle is not presently in safe operating condition. It turns on, but it won't get you very far. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick-up as vehicle is not road-worthy (turns on, but unsafe/ill-advised to drive). Vehicle makes a violent sound when operating, and churns a lot of exhaust with a strong smell. It sounds like a helicopter; it's unmistakable that something is gravely wrong with this engine. Two separate mechanics verified that the vehicle needs a new motor and diagnosed it as either A) a cracked block or B) a cracked head, potentially cracked cylinder with severe engine damage. Again, THIS EQUINOX NEEDS A NEW MOTOR. If someone more mechanically inclined than I wanted to either fix or replace the engine, this Equinox (affectionately known as "Grimace" due to its metallic purple color) still has plenty of life left in her. Failing that, it could make a good parts car for someone. 2. Maintenance records (as if that makes a difference, haha), owner's manual, etc., are included. 3. Clear title. Three owners in history of the vehicle. First owner had it very briefly per Carfax before it was traded in. 4.Buyer responsible for picking-up/towing this vehicle at your own expense 5. VIN is 2CNDL73F466008955. 6. Body is in acceptable shape. See pictures for worst examples of rust and the large dent in the driver's side door. The interior is acceptable as well. The mats in the front should be replaced; tears and stains. Passenger seat has some wear in the leather. Windshield has small circular chip in glass. Driver's side front window was professionally replaced following vandalism/break-in in 2014. Rear window used to have two bumper stickers; one, interior and one exterior, but both were removed. License plate blurred on purpose.
