I try to describe the positives & negatives of this vehicle accurately in this description. This Honda Accord runs & drives quite well! I purchased this vehicle from as a trade-in from a new-car dealership in SE Michigan and have driven it about 600 miles since - it runs and drives quite nice! We used this vehicle for a while to get around to pick up other cars and save gas. The 2.3L Inline 4 Cylinder engine runs strong with plenty of power. The Automatic Transmission shifts smooth. This Honda is equipped with the LX package that gives you all the basic power options like windows, mirrors, locks and slightly nicer cloth seats than the bare-bones basic models. Mechanically, this Honda appears to be in quite good condition. The engine & transmission are 100% running and driving. The brakes stop the car straight and with more than adequate power. There is essentially no pulsation in the brakes, very smooth. While driving the steering & suspension components appears to be in generally good shape - on particularly bumpy roads you might hear a little rattle from the rear suspension but on normal driving there is no suspension noise. I have not noticed any leaks from this Honda. The car fires right up immediately when cold or warn. . The heat and A/C work well and the car blows on all power levels and blows wherever you want it to (defrost, vents, floor, etc). The A/C is very cold. The Honda is equipped an original OEM AM/FM/Cassette player that appears to be working well. The check engine light has not been on while I've had this car and there are no other warning lights illuminated. The exhaust sounds good and doesn't appear to have any leaks. All of the gauges read properly and there are no abnormal readings. The engine runs smooth with no lack of power at all - very strong. All of the power windows, locks and mirrors appear to work like they should except the right front & left rear power locks aren't working (the locks work fine manually). The tires are all matching 205/65/15 size tires of a generic brand mounted on steel wheels with factory wheel covers. The rear tires good tread life remaining, the fronts are starting to wear on the inside (no chords showing but tread is worn) - I do not think these tires were rotated like they should have been. The vehicle drives straight down the road with only a very slight vibration 60+ mph and there is a little tire noise in the front - both likely due to the front tires' wear. Spare tire is present. There is an aftermarket alarm installed that you need to disarm before the vehicle will start - a cool security feature. Also, it appears that the ignition has been re keyed at some point because there is a different key for the ignition from the doors. Overall, quite a nice running and driving vehicle, I would not hesitate to drive this one anywhere! Cosmetically -- this vehicle looks in OK shape. On the exterior, the pictures will do a better job describing the vehicle than words - the clear coat finish has faded on the top in spots there is some rust in the spots that are typical of a Honda Accord (near the rear wheel well, a little along the bottom of the doors, and where the molding in the door is on the rear doors). A few minor scratches and dings are to be expected that are consistent with the age & mileage, but no major body damage at all. The windshield and the rest of the windows are clean and free or cracks. The interior is in better condition and is very presentable. The cloth interior has no rips or major damage. There is some discoloration in the carpets around where floor mats used to be that would probably come out with a good steam cleaning - a good detail would benefit this interior. The arm rest is worn and discolored from normal usage. There are no smoke or other odd odors inside the vehicle and I have not noticed any burn holes -- it appears to be a non-smoking vehicle. Door panels are all attached normally. The headliner is in good condition. The steering wheel is worn where someone would normally have their hand -- nothing a $5 steering wheel cover wouldn't fix. Check out the pictures - they speak for themselves! I have tried to capture both the positives and the flaws in those pictures. Overall, if you are willing to deal with some minor cosmetic issues this Accord could be an excellent value! I have tried my best to represent this vehicle accurately and to the best of my abilities. Earning and keeping a 100% positive feedback rating is very important to me! I purchase most of my vehicles as trade-ins from new car dealerships as traded. I test drive each vehicle on the expressway and around town for at least 20 miles, often over 100 miles, and use that experience to represent the vehicle to you on eBay. Please remember that you are buying a used vehicle and that a certain amount of wear/use/flaws are to be expected on any used vehicle -- including this one. This is the State of Michigan's rule, not mine...but from browsing eBay $10 is probably the cheapest temp-tag of any state and you will be able to drive your car immediately and legally. In Michigan, all cars sold over 10 years old are marked as mileage exempt in accordance with Federal law. Basically, this means that the State stops keeping track of mileage on older cars, however Autocheck still does track the mileage and this vehicle is not known to have any mileage inaccuracies or discrepancies.
