I buy and restore Vintage Honda Motorcycles -- ones worthy of restoration. I am retired as a mechanic with 40 years of experience.... That being said.. Check out this "Made In Japan" Nighthawk 650. If you are not familiar with this model, Google it. You will find it is highly rated, fast as lightning (12 sec 1/4), has the desirable OD transmission that gives it a total of 6 speeds.... shaft drive too. Has a gas gauge, a gear indicator, air suspension... Lots of brakes... perfect condition. I have done very little to this bike. It has a new black paint job -- notice the decals are not on it. All of my friends, seeing the finished paint job suggested that I leave it plain. I agree. It gives it a really sinister look. IF you win the bid and want decals, get them on ebay and I will gladly install the for you... it is a little tricky unless you have experience. The paint job is a bascoat clearcoat with two part primer and sealer which is of very high quality; close to flawless in fact. You can read a Bible on any painted surface. All four carbs were professionally cleaned and rebuilt. Tires are brand new,. I have not even detailed this bike for the picture.. not goo at it anyway. I washed it with a garden hose. It has never been dirty. Shipping is easy if you use the shipping calculator, I have used that service ten times and it goes without a hitch every time. If you are not familiar with it, call them and they will explain it to you... Shippers bid on your shipping and the price gets lower every day it seems.... The shipping company will tell you all about it. It is easy and dependable and they are fully insured. I have been driving the bike around the neighborhood and I can say that it is like driving a new bike. The air suspension holds its' air, it shifts like it should, stops well, starts well... no problems. If you spend a day cleaning the aluminum this bike will look showroom...
