My name is Theo and I am helping my good friend and neighbor Mike sell his 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Convertible; JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER CRUISING. Mike has owned this car since 1999. To say the car is in EXCELLENT condition is an understatement. The car has not seen rain since Mike purchased it and by the looks of it, the previous owner babied it just the same. It is Red with Red interior and a Black convertible top. It has a 390 cid with 300 H.P., 4 Barrell Edelbrock Carburator, Automatic Transmission. The engine has 127,828 original miles and was rebuilt at approx. 100,000 miles. AIR CONDITION, 6 disc CD changer, amplifier and 6 speakers, AM/FM cassette player in dash. NEW carpet and mats, NEW coil springs in front, NEW rear leaf springs, HEAVY DUTY Aluminum Radiator, 15" Crager Mags Wheels. Still have ORIGINAL wheels (hub caps), Carburator and Radio. On May-31-15 at 11:57:06 PDT, seller added the following information: I took over 200 pics of this vehicle and completely forgot to take a pic of the VIN plate which I have just included. The vehicle is Canadian built and I am having difficulty decoding the VIN plate. If anybody has some insight on confirm the VIN, Color Trim and Engine code I would greatly appreciate it.
