I'm listing this 1991 GMC Syclone for a friend of mine. Its is number 1601 out of 2995 built in 1991. This truck was originally sold at Woods Buick and GMC Trucks in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania to Terry L. Calaman. The truck was then purchased from Mr. Calaman in 1998 to its second owner with 18K miles on it. After that, its was sold to the second owner's son, the current owner, keeping its special place in the family. It has always been a very well cared for vehicle, being stored in a garage and has never been in the rain or even washed with a hose in the past 17 years. In that 17 years, the truck has only been driven approximately 5000 miles for a total of just under 300 miles a year! The odometer currently sits at 23641 give or take a few miles. All service work has been done at the regular intervals as required and has always had Mobil 1 oil in it for every oil change. 2 years ago it had all new front brakes, calipers, rotors, & hoses installed which are still like new. It also has just had an NOS exhaust system installed to replace the original. The truck is completely stock except for the addition of 2" lowering blocks in the rear. Originally, all of these trucks sat high in the rear. This modification greatly improves the trucks stance and the blocks have been properly machined to keep the correct pinion angle. It is an easily reversable modification should the new owner see fit to return the truck to 100% stock ride height. The paint is all original and untouched. Even the bed is in excellent condition with only maybe a slight scratch. Even the bed sticker is in perfect original condition (an NOS bed sticker comes with the truck). The truck still has the correct factory original bed cover on it and the owner even went as far as replacing the battery with a factory GM one just to keep it all original. The interior is exceptionally clean and damage free. All the guages and controls work as they should and the A/C blows cold (still the original R12 system). The headliner sticker is also original and intact (an NOS headliner sticker also comes with the truck). This truck is without a doubt one of the nicest, cleanest and, original examples out there that runs and drives just like you'd expect one of these Syclones would. There is a lot of original documentation that come with the truck including the original window sticker (plus a copy), the sales brochure along with the original salesman's business card & dealership keychain. Everything shown in the photos below comes with the truck at the time of sale. Its is certainly a collector/investor grade vehicle and would be a great addition to any collection.
