Very nice Suzuki SV1000 with only 6496 original miles. I purchased bike from the original owner who stored it inside. I am selling this along with my Ducati, both of which I have been admiring more than riding, so the wife says I need to clean up the garage Paint still shines like new, no dents or dings. No modifications, all stock from factory. Starts, idles, shifts, runs like new. No funny noises, no smoke, no leaks. Forks seals not leaking. Seat looks new. Mufflers/exhaust have no dings, dents or scratches, mufflers still look new. Chain and sprockets look great, have been lubed. There is a spot that has formed on the tachometer face as shown in the photo, which I understand from SV forums is common on these. Cosmetic only, doesn't affect function. there is also a light scuff mark on the front fender near a mount screw, appears that some one brushed a garage item at some point, barely noticeable unless you know it is there. There are also 2 tiny paint chips on top of tank, barely visible. It appears in one of the photos that there is a Y shaped white scratch on the cowl below the throttle grip, that is not a scratch but a piece of white lint that I missed. Paint is perfect under the tank bra. I have been riding it on occasion, so I changed the coolant, DOT 4 brake and clutch fluid, as well as an oil and filter change(Suzuki filter). I am also an older rider at 53 years so I don't go fast anymore, I have babied it when I did ride. I also installed a set of new Shinko 009 radial tires front and rear. They now have maybe 60 miles on them, not even broken in yet! This Suzuki is ready to ride, needs nothing. No disappointments here! I also have the 2 original issue keys, owners manual, tool kit, and factory service manual included. A beautiful bike.
